Our facility proudly offers soothing massage therapy customized to your situation. We currently have massage therapists on site that can considerably help with releasing tension and working on soft tissue by applying pressure and adding movement to them. This type of therapy is generally the quickest way of pain and ache relief from your injuries. Your body can feel sore up to 24 hours after your first massage. This is normal as the muscles will be in a state of releasing lactic acid build up, similar to working out. We recommend to keep hydrated for faster recovery.

Master of Science in Physical Therapy Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science Professional Interests Bryson is a graduate of the University of Alberta Masters of Physical Therapy program. His passion for physiotherapy began with his own rehab from the injuries he experienced during his time in athletics growing up. He was able to see firsthand how much of a positive influence physiotherapy could have on someone’s life and this inspired him to strive to deliver that same experience to others. Bryson began his journey to become a Physical Therapist through completing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in North Dakota where he played 4 years of collegiate hockey. This experience allowed him to develop foundational skills in exercise prescription while also allowing him to put theory into practice as an athlete during training and rehab. Bryson has been fortunate to have had experiences through the rest of his educational journey which included time in multiple orthopaedic clinics, acute care hospital settings, neuro rehab and assisted living facilities. Bryson believes that collaborative decision making and seeking to understand the client’s full story is key to developing an effective individualized treatment plan to help them reach their specific goals. Bryson uses a variety of techniques in his approach to guide his patients, including specific patient education, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and self management techniques.
