Our facility proudly offers soothing massage therapy customized to your situation. We currently have massage therapists on site that can considerably help with releasing tension and working on soft tissue by applying pressure and adding movement to them. This type of therapy is generally the quickest way of pain and ache relief from your injuries. Your body can feel sore up to 24 hours after your first massage. This is normal as the muscles will be in a state of releasing lactic acid build up, similar to working out. We recommend to keep hydrated for faster recovery.
