Krunal utilizes manual therapy, exercise prescription, patient education, functional dry needling and taping techniques to correct movement patterns that lead to injury.
He has a special interest in hip, knee and shoulder rehabilitation, particularly in the sports community. Krunal equips to provide enhanced patient care where he has developed skills in the orthopedic, cardiac and surgical units at the University of Alberta Hospital.
Krunal is specifically interested in helping the orthopedic and athletic populations and firmly believes in preventative care through education, and custom exercise programs. Krunal hopes to empower his patients with injury prevention knowledge to live an enriched life, however, Krunal is equally capable of providing post-injury education and care.
In his free time, Krunal enjoys going to the gym, playing cricket, running and is an avid cyclist. Krunal is a firm believer in giving back to the community and charities and participates in the MS Bike events every year.

Movement and learning have always been important to Anita, which led her to become a physical therapist. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science followed by her Master’s degree in physical therapy at McGill University. She has a love of learning which has led her to take post graduate education courses in concussion care, vestibular rehabilitation, and functional dry needling. She is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and a licensed physiotherapist with Physiotherapy Alberta College & Association.
Anita uses an evidence-based, biopsychosocial approach to guide her patients back to the activities they love. Her experience in healthcare settings is widespread. She has worked in nursing homes with patients with neurological conditions including Parkinson’s and has attended to patients in hospital post fracture, helping them regain their full mobility. She strongly believes in empowering her patients to learn about and take control of their bodies through exercise. Anita also has experience in private clinics helping people with their pain through a unique individualized approach.
